Yep, another entry for the same contest - Evil and Company - by Seventh Sanctum. (Entry rules can be found here.) A brief synopsis of the contest: Generate a name using the Evil Name Gen and a name from either the Dark Minion Gen or Monster Name Gen and use said names to create a piece of artwork depicting each name.

Monster Name Generator: Water Crow

Now, the fun part was, how do I take something so simplisitc such as "water crow" and make it actually look like some new creature. Well, the answer was: take the crow figure from Content Paradise, turn it blue, and make it have water dribbling from it. That and the fact it's obviously underwater because of the sting ray, sea horses, and jelly fish that accompany Aquablade and do his bidding didn't hurt, either.

As for Aquablade, welllll...I wanted something a bit more amusing than my necromancer. So, I added green flippers, fins to his arms, and give him ears that resemble a cross between gills and fins.

It took some time in Photoshop to pull everything together and actually make it work to the point it was worthy of submission, but I think I did ok. :-)
